"Pretty frustrating to use :/"
I tried using tryshed.com it was kind of a pain. Pages were loading slowly, some buttons didn’t seem to work, and I kept clicking around just trying to find basic info. It definitely didn’t feel smooth or easy to use. I ended up giving up after a few minutes :(

"Helpful coaching, but a little inconsistent"
The coaching was decent overall and it did help me stick to more of a routine, especially on weeks when I needed that little nudge to stay on track. That said, the accountability felt kind of hit or miss. Some check-ins were genuinely useful, while other weeks felt a bit light, like there wasn’t much follow-up or detail. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just ended up feeling fairly average for me.

"Got here before I thought it would"
I ordered it on Monday and it showed up by Wednesday, which surprised me. I wasn’t expecting that whole thing to be so quick, but yeah, it worked out

"Wish I hadn’t trusted the subscription process"
At first, managing my subscription on tryshed.com seemed straightforward. I found my plan and updated my details without too much hassle, so I figured everything would be simple from there.

But when I tried to pause or cancel, the options felt weirdly tucked away, and I had to click around way more than I should have. Support did get back to me eventually, but not quickly enough to make it feel smooth. i felt kind of stupid for trusting that it would be as easy as it looked at the start.

I tried it for a few weeks, but it barely seemed to help. To be fair, I might have started it at a bad time when my symptoms were already all over the place, so maybe that played a part. It just didn’t do much for me personally.

I did get my prescription in the end, but it took a few days longer than I was expecting. It was not a huge issue, just a bit slower than I hoped.

Had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to support. they replied quicker than I expected and got it sorted without turning it into a whole thing. Relief. It was just nice dealing with real people who actually helped

"A little too expensive for me"
I gave tryshed.com a shot because it seemed straightforward, and I didn’t want to spend a bunch of time figuring out something complicated. Maybe I’m just picky, but the price felt a bit high for what I actually got out of it.

It might be a better fit for someone who uses it more seriously or knows exactly what they need, but for me, I couldn’t really justify the cost. I was expecting either more features or results that made the price feel easier to swallow.

It’s not a bad service by any means, and maybe I just didn’t use it enough to get the full value. But unless they lower the price or add more useful stuff, I probably wouldn’t keep paying for it.

"I had some side effects and contacted..."
I had some side effects and contacted them to ask what I should do. They did get back to me, but it took a while, and I felt like I had to put in more effort than I should’ve just to get a clear answer. The response was basic, but it did at least point me in the right direction. Overall, it was okay, but not great. 3 stars

The onboarding was actually smooth and didn’t take much effort. I’ll admit, after I made the payment I was a bit unsure and started wondering if everything would really go through properly, but the setup itself was easy and hassle-free

"The billing could’ve been easier to understand"
Overall, the service itself was fine, but the billing side left me a little confused. From my point of view, it wasn’t super clear what I was being charged for or when the charges would happen, so I had to click around more than I expected. I don’t think anything shady was going on, but I personally would’ve felt more comfortable if the pricing and fees were laid out more clearly before checkout

I thought the cancellation would be quick and straightforward, but it ended up taking a bit longer than I expected. It did get cancelled eventually, so it worked out in the end

"Hard to get a reply after paying"
I reached out a few times and it felt like no one was really paying attention. Before payment things seemed okay, but after I paid, the replies got slow or just didn’t come at all, which made me start to feel uneasy. I had to keep chasing them for basic information, and in the end I just gave up.

"Didn’t feel personal at all"
The personal plan just felt kind of pointless to me. I was expecting something tailored, you know, like based on my actual situation, but it came across really generic. Maybe I missed something, but it felt like I could’ve gotten the same advice anywhere. Bit frustrating, and it felt like a waste of my time.

"Just didn’t give me much confidence"
I don’t know, it just didn’t feel reliable to me. I kept expecting it to work smoothly, but then I’d start second-guessing it, and that’s not a great feeling when you’re trying to depend on something. Maybe it’s fine for lighter use, who knows, but for me it felt a bit shaky

I used it for a while and only lost about 2 pounds. I really thought I’d see better results, especially for the price. Looking back, I kind of regret buying it because I expected a lot more.
